I had the pleasure of being on the other end of a transaction with Ashley and the team. I am Ashley’s marketing coordinator, so this was my first true experience as her client.
I found a house on redfin hours after Ashley left for Costa Rica. I swear I was working! I called Sydney and asked her to show my husband and me the property. Short-term rentals are something Ashley knows about. So once we fell in love with both houses and ran some numbers, we face timed Ashley for advice in a jungle cafe. This was a big jump for us as it is our first short-term rental, and we had to have all of our ducks in a perfect row to make several rental properties pay for our “forever home” mortgage.
Sydney guided us in putting in an offer, and it was accepted excepted. The other agent was a bit of a nightmare, and we had no idea that at every turn, he was trying to get us to back out of the deal back out. I can’t tell you how many times Ashley and Sydney had to step up for us. Literally, late-night powwows to strategize our loan falling through at the last moment. There were many hurdles, but every step of the way, the team was there. We made it to closing and found out the listing agent had a 1-week cash close offer waiting for any slip-up and to take our earnest money.
This was the first time going through a home buying process, so I did not know how anything worked. Ashley and her team made it as smooth as possible. If I ever had any questions or concerns, they always explained everything to me in great detail and helped in any way they could. The team consistently reached out to make sure that I was always making the right moves and getting everything done I needed to in a timely manner. Every appointment, viewing, and deadline was met with precision. I never once had a problem with any member of the Brinkman team. Sydney was exceptional in helping me with most of my viewings and coming up with appropriate offers. This whole process was made so much easier with the professionalism and care from the team. I could not have made this happen without them.
