Look, this market is bonkers, and you need Ashley and her team’s skills and knowledge to navigate these intimidating waters. The Brinkman team approach was the most critical piece to the success we had. Her entire team is always aware of what is going on, so you are never without the information you need when you need it. Sydney and Mikail truly reflect Ashley’s kindness, motivation, and hustle and are such an incredible compliment to the network that she has built.
Put your trust in this team. If you are selling your house and they recommend that you remove 50% of your household items such as living room furniture, or entire bedroom suits before it goes on the market, trust them and do it! Don’t ask questions and try to pretend you have some sort of magical knowledge that has just been repressed for many years. They know this market, they know what sells, and they want to get you the best offers possible. There is truly no better team in this business!

I have nothing but good things to say about Ashley and her team with an outstanding review! Our needs changed in what we were looking for, and Sidney drove all over the Austin and greater area trying to help us find the right house. We had to do it all remotely as we had a 1-week old baby, and I was in the hospital trying to negotiate options on house #1. Ashley is absolutely incredible. She’s highly knowledgeable, responsive, and very thorough and communicative throughout the whole purchasing process. We bought 3 houses through 3 different realtors prior to finding Ashley. Since we have bought 4 and sold 2 houses with Ashley and the team and never plan to use another realtor. We have purchased short-term and long-term rental houses through her, and she knows a lot about both markets.
I only wish we could clone her for other markets we are shopping in. There’s no one like her. Really remarkable.
Our experience with Ashley and her team was great. She was very helpful with giving us guidance for pre-sale improvements, setting us up with a good contractor, and making sure everything with our relocation company Cartus was taken care of. We trust her experience and knowledge so much that we found ourselves asking for guidance when we were looking to buy a house in Tucson, AZ. While we had a very good agent here, she just didn’t have the same experience with the crazy COVID market that Austin was already going through, and Ashley went above and beyond to help us navigate all the nuances of a seller’s market Tucson was just beginning to see.
While we were getting our house renovated, Ashley went on vacation, and her team did a great job stepping up and keeping everything running smoothly. They kept in tight communication with the contractor and were ready to pull the trigger on putting the house up as soon as he was finished. The selling process also went very smoothly, so smoothly we didn’t even realize it closed! Ashley made the call to keep our house on the market one more day, which enabled us to receive 3 more offers much higher than the initial one we got. Because we worked with a relocation company, we weren’t involved with the actual closing, but everything went so smoothly it felt like we were barely able to check in before our house was sold.
All in all, we are so thankful for being able to work with Ashley when both buying and selling our house in Austin and really got to appreciate what separates good agents from great ones with our experience.
