She has proven success in a multitude of roles including assistant, leasing agent, buyer’s agent (on two top performing teams),new construction condo sales, and now as a top performing Realtor and Broker Associate at the largest Independent Brokerage in Texas — Realty Austin. Ashley now leads her own support team to success year over year.

With over 15 years in the industry, Joelle Chamorro started her real estate career in Buffalo, NY and carried it through when she relocated to Austin in 2012. Tasha Moore

Operations Manager

Tasha is the backbone of the team, often behind the scenes, she has contact with all clients (sometimes without them even realizing it!). Keeping eyes on multiple areas of the business, she ensures we are always on track. She maintains our calendars, schedules for clients, answers phone calls and emails, and writes offers all while also keeping our sellers on track with pre-listing deadlines and multiple offers. With a servant’s heart, Tasha is always willing to jump in where needed.
