Ashley began her real estate career in 2008 working her way up the Real Estate ladder. She has proven success in a multitude of roles including assistant, leasing agent, buyer’s agent (on two top performing teams),new construction condo sales, and now as a top performing Realtor and Broker Associate at the largest Independent Brokerage in Texas — Realty Austin. Ashley now leads her own support team to success year over year.

Her ultimate goal is to make sure everyone is happy throughout the entire process—from start to finish!

Lorin developed a passion for green construction and design at an early age by watching her architect father design sustainable commercial buildings and growing up in a passive solar home in Northwest Austin. In her free time, you can find Lorin hanging out at LoLo’s on East 6th trying out new natural wines, grabbing a cup of coffee and a taco at Cosmic Cafe, soaking up the sun for brunch at Kinda Tropical, enjoying nature hiking the Austin greenbelt, watching a live band play with friends, traveling, online checking out the latest interior design trends, cooking at home with her husband or on the couch with a good book in hand.

With over 15 years in the industry, Joelle Chamorro started her real estate career in Buffalo, NY and carried it through when she relocated to Austin in 2012. Meet the Brinkman Team Culture Coordinator. Joelle thrives on making new connections, being a team player, organizing events, and assisting in helping us love on our clients. Relationships and staying connected to our clients (and team) are important to us. Her background in customer service allows her to individualize and customize interactions with each client. With a passion for details and top-notch communication skills, Joelle ensures no details are overlooked and fun is had. Joelle is familiar with the growth and change of our wonderful city. In her free time, she enjoys Town Lake (Lady Bird Lake if you are not an Austinite), eating at all the amazing restaurants, spending time with her daughter, shopping, and relaxing at Zilker Park.

Tasha Moore

Operations Manager

Tasha is the backbone of the team, often behind the scenes, she has contact with all clients (sometimes without them even realizing it!). Keeping eyes on multiple areas of the business, she ensures we are always on track. She maintains our calendars, schedules for clients, answers phone calls and emails, and writes offers all while also keeping our sellers on track with pre-listing deadlines and multiple offers. With a servant’s heart, Tasha is always willing to jump in where needed.
