Ashley Brinkman is simply incredible. She has helped us sell 2 houses (1 was a mngmt property) and buy 2 houses and I just can’t imagine doing it without her knowledge, expertise, and thoroughness. She is sooo great at guiding us through every step of the selling/buying process and handles any hiccup that comes up with confidence and ease. Did I mention she is also such a fun person!?!?!?! Going into all of this, I expected working with a realtor to not be a major value add (“it’s the Austin market, houses can’t sell fast enough” was my thought).
