Hello! Welcome to my website! My name is Ashley Brinkman and I am a Realtor servicing the Central Austin, Texas and greater Austin area. I work for Austin Homes Realtors (a smaller broker) as well as a developer, currently selling in the DT/Old West Austin and 78704 condo market, featuring Green, forward thinking projects.

I love Austin, Tx…as I am sure you do as well (and if not, the answer is “not yet”). Like most people living here, I enjoy our hike and bike trails and never-ending greenbelts, supporting so many lively local businesses (that seem to flourish well here!), our live music and outdoor patios and unique and eclectic business models from technology start ups and big names who have homes here, such as Cirrus Logic, Apple and 3M to simplified South Austin food trailers.
What I love most about this town is the people that embrace Austin and how I can help them accomplish their real estate endeavors, but each challenge more different than the next. Whether it be buying an adorable bungalow to remodel in Bouldin, marketing a green condo project near downtown, finding a lot on the East side for a business idea to begin, or finding a growing family their first suburban home in a master planned community near great schools…I love it all and I am ready for the challenge. I am one of the fortunate ones that lives and thrives in Austin and my day-to-day doesn’t get boring. How may I help you?
I have a great team of professionals in the Austin area that can help you along the way. From handy men to loan officers, to Title Co. and landscape guys, having a team is very important in this profession to make sure every person doesn’t get treated as another transaction, but handled with care and priority.
My site consists of our listings, featured properties (which are usually new builds, good buys or properties that stand out in Austin, Tx) our MLS (multiple listing service) database for you to search through, as well as my blog.
