While I didn’t work with Ashley directly, her team was great. It was our first time buying a new-build home and we could have gone through the process without a realtor, but were much more comfortable working with the Brinkman team throughout the process. Sandy went out of our way to swing by and check on our house as it was being built and sent us photos. She was honest and truthful in which layout would likely provide a higher demand and resale value.
We moved out of Austin for the first time so that we could find a larger home we could grow into. I highly recommend working with this team, especially if you are exploring the South Austin metro area and for areas between Austin and San Marcos.

The first time Ashley helped us buy a home was in 2013 and when we needed to move at the height of the crazy pandemic market (Sept 2021) we knew she was the one to help us. She negotiated our below ask offer when everything was selling for way over. She stays in touch after the sell and even sent us a onsie when our son was born! We recommend her to everyone!

Her team set a clear timeline for us which was so helpful when there was too much to think about and were always available to answer questions. We had so much trust in Ashley and the Brinkman team that we even went on vacation while our house was on the market! She ran the showings and helped us select an offer while we relaxed. She negotiated a great deal for us and arranged a lease back while our new house was being finished. After we moved out, the team sent a crew in to clean the house for us. This was our third time selling a home (second time moving across the country) and this was our easiest sell.
