You asked for it–I got it. Short-term rental tips.

I get asked about this a lot and have some experience in the game. To start let talk about some of the most important things you should have in your STR.

1. A luggage rack

2. Wifi password and details for check-in

3. Good cooking utensils (one of the main reasons people rent a home over a hotel is to cook)

4. A first aid kit

5. Extra toiletries (toothbrush and little items people forget)

6. Easy access code/check-in instructions

7. A personal note never hurt either for a special touch!
