My name is Ashley Brinkman and I am a Realtor servicing the central and greater Austin, Texas area. I am no stranger to Austin, TX and like the many that live, thrive and gloat about how much they love living here, I too stayed after college. I have lived in various parts of central Austin, from the “’04″ to Lake Travis. Like some of my favorite restaurants with multiple locations found North and South in town (featured above), my listings range from Round Rock subdivisions to remodeled hip East Austin bungalows, starter homes in Kyle to urban core developments in Central Austin. Yes, I do it all.

My background is a good mix for the Austin real estate market, if I may say so myself. I have an endless work ethic, love trying new things and meeting new people, and I have a passion for marketing as well as helping others. In college I interned with a large media company whose clients consist of Coca-Cola and Kraft, learning the ropes of marketing and the importance of media placement (90% of buyers begin their search online, so staying up to date in this viral market is critical to not only my success but my clients as well).
My final year in college I was one of five presenters, on a twenty person advertising team creating a National campaign for one of the largest internet companies Yahoo!, and winning the competition on the National level, taking me to my first gig in Advertising in the mid-West.
My last few years I spent at Prudential Texas Realty. I was on a small team of agents that was #6 for Prudential Nationally two quarters in a row in 2012. Before that I started in leasing and sales in the UT condo/investment market, and prior to that assisting an agent at Sotheby’s International Realty–as I finished up my licensing.
